Since years ago, Mauritius has entered the emerging market of cruise travel and a growing number of cruise vessels cast their anchor at Port-Louis Harbour every month and, Mauritius is now regularly being scheduled on the circuit of world-renowned cruise ships. Till date, Mauritius have welcomed more than 25,000 registered passengers where cruise vessels are being berthed and handled at Christian Decotter Cruise Jetty. We, PAS Ltd, as a shipping agent, provide all the facilities required for cruise ships to have a safe port call in Mauritius. Our services include crew repatriation, clearance and delivery of ships spares, ship chandling assistance, and attendance to sick/Injured crew, and general ship husbandry services at the cruise jetty at Les Salines. We also arrange for customs & police sentry, immigration clearance, transportation, hotel accommodation and more.

Christian Decotter Cruise Jetty

The cruise jetty is 124 metres long and 14 metres wide with a dredged depth of 10.8 metres where cruise vessels of up to 300 metres can be accommodated. There are also two access bridges, one for passengers and vehicles, both are secured with equipped camera surveillance system.

The jetty is equipped with basic marquee facilities which are available upon request, land-side, for handling of the cruise passengers with enclosed perimeter fencing to ensure all-out security for passengers and their cargo

The new Christian Decotter Cruise Terminal was recently open and has already won the Most Improved Cruise Terminal Facility award in 2010. The award was given at the 26th Annual Cruise Shipping Miami conference and exhibition.
